During our stay at Kleine Strandburg, my husband and I were treated to a culinary journey unlike any other. The gourmet half-board included in our stay introduced us to a delightful array of dishes, each meticulously crafted to perfection. As an environmental activist passionate about sustainable practices, I was pleased to discover that the ingredients used were locally sourced, reflecting the essence of the German countryside.One highlight was dining in the old huts on the beach, where fish were traditionally salted in Koserow. The ambiance was charming, and the meal was a true ode to regional flavors. We enjoyed indulging in the assortment of cakes and ice cream in the afternoon, a perfect treat after a day of exploring the nearby nature trails.Kleine Strandburg seamlessly combines culinary innovation with a deep respect for tradition, making it a must-visit destination for any food enthusiast seeking an authentic experience in the heart of the German countryside.
